Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that attorney Shannon E. Cook has rejoined the firm. Shannon primarily focuses her practice on representing lenders who originate and sell loans secured by multifamily projects to secondary market investors Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Within this practice, she prepares and negotiates loan documents; reviews legal opinions; examines title, survey, and other due diligence; and works with all transaction parties to ensure a smooth closing. Shannon received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, where she earned her Law and Business Certificate, and her B.S., from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
