Moss & Barnett, A Professional Association, seeks an attorney with 2+ years’ experience in commercial and/or construction litigation. Candidates should demonstrate competence to handle all phases of cases from pre-litigation, taking and defending depositions, assisting with trials and arbitrations, and assisting clients with post-award remedies. Preferred candidates will have superior academic qualifications, strong writing skills, and a distinguished work record. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
