ATTORNEY WANTED – Associate Attorney position – Real Estate
Moss & Barnett, A Professional Association, seeks a licensed attorney to join its real estate practice group. This position will have an emphasis in multifamily and commercial real estate finance. Preferred candidates will have two to four years of real estate experience, superior academic qualifications, and a distinguished work record. REAL ESTATE FINANCE PARALEGAL
PARALEGAL WANTED – Real Estate Finance
Moss & Barnett, A Professional Association, has an immediate full-time (40.00 hours/week) opening for a paralegal with a minimum 3 – 5 years of real estate law experience. The candidate must have solid working experience with title and survey matters, including title insurance commitments, title endorsements, and title standards; ALTA/ACSM standards; and customary real estate due diligence. The candidate must have strong writing and organizational skills and the ability to work independently on certain real estate matters.
