Matthew P. Kostolnik Elected to Moss & Barnett Board of Directors
Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Matthew P. Kostolnik was elected to a three-year term as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2025.
Matt is chair of the firm’s litigation practice group and serves as the firm's General Counsel. As a litigator and trial lawyer, he successfully defends and prosecutes civil actions at all stages of litigation, from initial case filing through trial, appeal, or settlement. Matt provides advice to businesses and individuals in a variety of matters, most commonly including business disputes and negotiations, contracts, unfair competition/post-employment litigation, insurance issues, and liability claims.
Matt will continue practicing law on a full-time basis in addition to handling his management responsibilities. He is joined on the Board by co-directors, Brian T. Grogan, Timothy L. Gustin, and Christopher D. Stall.
