Matthew P. Kostolnik and Bryant D. Tchida Elected to Moss & Barnett Board of Directors

Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Matthew P. Kostolnik and Bryant D. Tchida were elected to three-year terms as members of the firm’s Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2025.

Matthew P. Kostolnik
Matt is chair of the firm’s litigation practice group and serves as the firm's General Counsel. As a litigator and trial lawyer, he successfully defends and prosecutes civil actions at all stages of litigation, from initial case filing through trial, appeal, or settlement. Matt provides advice to businesses and individuals in a variety of matters, most commonly including business disputes and negotiations, contracts, unfair competition/post-employment litigation, insurance issues, and liability claims.

Bryant D. TchidaBryant is a member of the firm's litigation practice group and brings more than two decades of high-stakes trial and appellate courtroom experience to bear in protecting his clients’ products, practices, and competitive interests. He has tried and argued cases in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest. Bryant concentrates his practice on complex business disputes in a variety of settings, including shareholder and partnership disputes, prosecuting and defending lawsuits seeking emergency injunctive relief, agribusiness disputes, intellectual property and trade secret disputes, securities disputes, class actions, and corporate and government investigations.

Matt and Bryant will each continue practicing law on a full-time basis in addition to handling their management responsibilities. They are joined on the Board by co-directors, Brian T. Grogan, Timothy L. Gustin, and Christopher D. Stall.
