Aaron P. Minster Elected a Shareholder of Moss & Barnett
Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Aaron P. Minster has been elected a shareholder of the firm effective January 1, 2025.
Aaron is a member of Moss & Barnett's litigation team assisting businesses and individuals with all of their litigation needs. His cases include business disputes, shareholder derivative actions, real estate litigation, malpractice defense, defamation, trusts and estates litigation, construction disputes, property tax litigation, cybersecurity litigation, domain name disputes, trade secrets, and copyright infringement claims.
As a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Aaron holds the organization’s ANSI/ISO accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) designation. Being a former network systems engineer, software programmer, and data security consultant, he is uniquely positioned to assist clients in the area of information technology, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence litigation and related risk analysis.
Aaron served as a law clerk to the Honorable Francis J. Magill prior to joining Moss & Barnett. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.S., honors, from the University of Toronto.
