Moss & Barnett Construction Law Attorney Aaron A. Dean Selected as Chapter Attorney for Minnesota Subcontractors Association
Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that construction law attorney Aaron A. Dean was selected to serve as the new Chapter Attorney for the Minnesota Subcontractors Association (MSA). The Chapter Attorney serves as a non-voting member of the MSA Board of Directors in a volunteer capacity. In his role as Chapter Attorney, Aaron will serve as a key advisor to the MSA, supporting their mission to advocate for and support subcontractors across Minnesota.

Aaron’s 30-year legal career spans all facets of the construction industry. In his contractor side construction law practice, he represents general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. In his role as legal advisor, Aaron has formed long-term partnerships with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, design professionals, and lenders. He has handled more than 500 OSHA investigations and cases for contractors in 27 states. Additionally, Aaron is a sought-after construction industry thought leader, speaking frequently at key trade events on timely construction topics and serving as an instructor for national and local contractor trade groups.

Founded in 1992, the Minnesota Subcontractors Association (MSA) is a nonprofit trade association representing construction industry specialty contractors and suppliers.
